Show Me the Money! How to find Prospects?

When it comes to Network Marketing if you are not talking to potential prospects throughout the day about your business, nothing else you do really matters.  So how can we get potential prospect in front of us everyday?

Well when I first started in my business I would just call people that came to mind, which when you go off memory you never really remember many people. So the next thing I did was I pulled out my memory jogger worksheet (if you need one just go to Jus Training Link >click on IBO Tool> Training tools, again it doesn’t matter the company you represent, the sheet will work for you.) With the help of my sheet I wrote out a list of about 100 potential prospects, I didn’t discriminate who I put on the list. Next I started calling them(remember you are just trying to get the appointment, not the sell). When I went through my list I called my mentor and asked him what I should do now? He said go through it again (meaning the memory jogger) which he was right the second time around I wrote down another 50 people. Each person I contacted I made sure I put them down in my Contact Management System, the program I used was ACT and under their names I would add notes (If they where interested, not the right time, when I contacted them, etc) basically anything you think is relavent write it down, so you can follow up again next month. If one of my prospects said it was interesting but not for them, I would ask if they knew anyone who might be interest and if so, can they put me in contact with them. (Remeber once another person introduces you to someone, the new prospect becomes a warm lead.

Building a website

Podcasting

Honestly it doesn’t matter what avenue you choose to follow, what is most important is that you build relationships with everyone you meet. We are in the business of relationships, our product or service comes second.
