7 Recruiting Tips that Work

by Admin, under Network Marketing Success

When Recruiting prospects for your Network Marketing Business, it is easy to get caught up in the moment. Before you know it, your prospects has said “Thank you, but I am not interested” and walked away.

Here is a list of tired and true tips on keeping your prospects interested and signing them up.

1. One of the biggest mistake everyone makes with recruiting is looking for the “perfect” recruit. You often overlook someone who may be really interested in your business. Remember don’t ever judge a book by its cover.

2. Speak to everyone you know about your Business. Don’t be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone. Remember your business is only open when your mouth is.

3. Don’t wait for someone to approach you about your business. Chances are they never will. Be proactive and share your business with everyone you know.

4. When talking to your prospect, listen to their needs and show them how your product or service can help them. For Example, if a prospect is interested in the health benefits that your product offers them and their family, focus on that and respond with the information they need. It is not the time to go into an in-depth conversation about how Dynamic Vertical Compression works.

5. Build a relationship with your prospects, and don’t pressure them. Always remember that some prospects are ready for your opportunity immediately and some are not. Timing is everything, you just have to be patient and persistant (not pushy) until the time is right for them.

6. Communication is a two-way street. Be aware of what your prospect understands. Many of the terms and concepts you present may be new. Keep it simple and ask follow up questions to make sure they understand what you have presented.

7. Do not overwhelm them with all of the details at first. You want them hungry to hear more when you are finished. Share with them enough that they can make a decision, but not more than they can handle. For example, you can cover the points of the compensation plan such as the First Order Fast-Start Bonus in detail because this is how a new person will make their initial money. The details of the reminder of the plan can be covered at a later date.

The 7 Reasons People Buy

by Admin, under Network Marketing Success

“There are different ways of saying “It pays to advertise.” It pays, too, to have a quality product, adequate distribution, good salesmen. Advertising is just one factor in the balance mechanism that leads to a sale: product, quality, distribution, advertising and selling. Advertising is really salesmanship in print. Although capacity may be oversold, you can never oversell the product. You can always continue to sell the goodwill and the assurance of quality and service that makes buyers seek out your brand beyond all others. Paul B. Buckwalter

Today I am going to give you the 7 reason people buy anything! What I want you to do is look at your offering and ask yourself which reason would a majority of your prospects be using for your product or service. Remember every prospect will have a different reason for the same product or service.

1. Make Money

2. Save money

3. Save time

4. Save Effort

5. Improve Health

6. Increase Pleasure

7. Eliminate Pain

The key is to explain how what you are offering does one of this things. In a way the prospect can relate to in his or her life situation. Sorry so short, but it is very useful information.

Nothing else matters, Unless you take Action!

by Admin, under Network Marketing Success

“So often times it happens that we live our lives in chains,And we never even know we have the key”.
Lyrics from Already Gone, performed by the Eagles for their 1974 On the Border album

OK I understand that officially the Holidays have started, but do not let that prevent you from continuing to work your business. I understand that a lot of potential new prospects will tell you they have no money to invest in a new business, because of the holidays coming up. If they have expressed an interest to you that they want to change their life, then you need to remind them not to let the time of the year dictate their actions. I know it is easy to think that it would be better to start a new adventure the first of the year, but don’t. Never start something later when you can get it done now.

Also when approaching prospects remind them that “it is not about spending money, but more about making money.” Plus in my experience when someone tell you they have no money, what they are actually telling you, is you have yet to show them any reason to part with their hard earn money. Remember prospects will have many reasons why they do not want to join, but they all come back to YOU not understanding their needs. Once you understand their needs and wants, it will be easier to market your product or service to them.
