The Five People in your Home-Based Business Part II

by Admin, under Network Marketing Success

I described the five types of people in your Home Based business earlier this week. I would like to get more in depth of the training you need to provide to each.

Retail Customer-The only training that retail customers need are basic product information, a customer care line, and how to order their product.

Whole Customer- The only training wholesale customers need are basic product information, a customer care line, and how to order their product. Honestly the only difference between a wholesale customer and retail customers is a wholesale customer is a dedicated user of your product or service. Remember these two group want nothing to do with the business side of your company. Do not pressure them about it, because if you do they will stop buying all together.

Wholesales Builders-Training for the whole builder is a little tricky because they are business builders, but on a smaller scale. Meaning that they want training, but do not want to really spend lots of time building their business. Again no matter what stage they are in, only give them the information that they want, no more. I know at times we as the leader get excited about all the tools we have and we want to share everything we have with people, but don’t. All that will happen is you will over load your new distributors.

Renegade- A renegade is really easy to identify. They are the people who want to build big, but for whatever reason they go at it alone and follow no system, they have a hard time growing

Business Builders- These are the people you should be spending 80% of your time with. They are the one you should be inviting to trainings and these people should possess every tool in your tool box. They are people who are recruiting your wholesale customers and wholesale builders.
Remember the more you know about your team, the less time you will spend with the wrong person.
